Gonçalo
Silva was born in Setúbal in 1976. He studied architecture in the
Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon and he
finished the degree course in the Technical Superior School of
Architecture del Vallés,Barcelona. He is a master in Construction for
the Superior Technical Institute. He was a supporting teacher from 2001
to 2004, lecturing in the courses of Architecture and Civil
Engineering, in the Superior Technical Institute. He created several
architectural projects for Timor-East and, while he was a worker of
Gertil in the Faculty of Architecture of Lisbon, he cooperated in the
strategic plan of reconstruction and development of Timor-East. He initiated his activity in 2000. Since then he has been developing several projects of architecture and urban planning.
